White Wine



Fess Parker Reisling California - 24

Light Straw Yellow in color. On the nose there are fresh citrus and floral aromas including lemon, lime, ginger, white flowers and fresh cut grass. On the  palate there are flavors of stone fruit. White peach, nectarine and citrus. There is a good acidity and minerality that is followed by a hint of sweetness.



Roger Champault Sancerre, Loire Valley, France - 40                              

100%  French Sauvignon Blanc, more elegant and refined than it’s California cousin. Produced from vines with an average age of 30 years, this wine was aged on lees until bottling. That gives extra richness to the ripe green and white fruits. Laced with citrus flavors, they are fresh while also having a concentrated aftertaste. Drink now.



Substance Sauvignon Blanc,  Washington- 38                                            

Exotic lime, melon, dried herbs and wet stone qualities all emerge from this medium-bodied white that has racy acidity as well as ample texture and depth



Ferrari Carano Fumé Blanc, Sonoma - 30                                                 

Delicious wine with aromas and flavors of yellow peach, pear, quince, Meyer lemon, mango. This wine has bright acidity and crisp freshness. Pairs well with Seafood, Poultry and Pork.



Chateau Mont-Redon Cotes du Rhone Blanc, France - 23

Pale yellow with greenish tints, lovey appearance. On the nose, fruity notes (white flesh fruit, lemon) intermix with a slightly toasted touch. Full mouthfeel combining fat and freshness. A harmonious, clean style pairing well with fish.



Laetitia Estate Chardonnay, Paso Robles, California - $34

Energetic fruit and mineral-driven notes of ripe quince, green apple, jasmine, apricot preserves and spiced tea. This Chardonnay offers a spicy anise character throughout the honeyed finish and crisp acidity.




Landmark Chardonnay, Sonoma – 32

Smoky, toasty oak aromas and rich fig, apricot and melon flavors make this appealing and approachable..." Pair with white fleshed fish, veal, or cream based pastas for a delicious mea.




Red Wines



Cambria Julia's Vineyard Pinot Noir, California – 42                              

 Deep, dark purple in color with abundant red fruit and dark berry aromas and flavors. The ever-present underlying earthy character compliments its solid tannin structure and long fruity finish


Rodney Strong Estate Russian River Valley Pinot Noir, California 40

Lovely aromas of cherry and rose petals. With a soft and silky texture on the palate, cherries, pomegranate, floral and baking spice characteristics shine through with balance, acidity and a nice lingering finish. This medium bodied wine was aged for 13 months in small French oak barrels, which added a hint of toasty vanilla and spice complexity. 



Mauritson Napa Dry Creek Zinfandel, California - 49

91 Points. Medium to dark ruby in color, attractive berries and some smoke and earth on the nose. Excellent depth. Bright berries and spice to savor the long finish.



Tempus Two Shiraz, Australia - 38                                                            

Lifted Aromas of spice, pepper and cinnamon balanced with Plu m and blackberry richness. Soft full rounded vanilla and caramel flavors are balanced with rich ripe plum, spice, and blackberry jam fruit flavors.

This Shiraz is divine with our Roasted Duck!



Padrillos Malbec, Mendoza Argentina - 26                                                 

The 2014 Padrillos Malbec is sourced from the Uco Valley, cold fermented in stainless steel with 20% inner staves. The wine is clean and straightforward with aromas of cherries and violets plus a faint hint of spices. The palate is fresh, medium-bodied, easy to drink. 



Gran Passione Rosso, Italy – 30

Vibrant red with hints of raisin, cedar and red and black fruits.  If you like Amarone, you will enjoy this Italian blend of Merlot and Corvina.


Piattelli Premium Reserve Malbec, Italy – 38

Rated at 90 points by Wine Spectator and the number 44 wine out of 100 the top 100 for 2015, this Malbec is elegant and full flavored.  From Wine Spectator:  “a striking, slightly smoky wine with a deep burgundy hue….fruity bouquet delights the senses and warms the palate.  Notes of blackberries, blueberries, and lavender, linger with gentle tannins.  Finishes with subtle flavors of toasted hazelnuts.”



Red Wines






Alexander Valley Vineyards Homestead Red Blend, Sonoma – 36

Rich concentration of Merlot anchors this hearty red, with Red Zinfandel for some nice spicy notes, Grenache and Syrah for berry flavors and floral notes, and Mouvedre and Cabernet Sauvignon for elegant structure.




Nyers Sage Canyon Red Blend, California – 44

The wine is a blend of four wines, each produced using the traditional Rhone process of 'Pigeage' where all of the grapes are crushed by foot, not by machine. Each wine ferments separately, and when complete they drain and press the tank, rack the new wine to used 60-gallon French oak barrels, then let the wine age on the lees for a year before blending. The wine is then bottled, unfined and unfiltered. Blend: 45% Carignan, 25% Grenache, 15% Mourvedre, 15% Syrah



Terra d’Oro Petite Sirah, California – 33

The Terra d’Oro Petite Sirah is bold and spicy with terrific mineral details and refined tannins. The wine has a powerful nose of sweet oak vanilla and bright, juicy fruit. The palate is focused with crisp and captivating flavors of ripe blueberry and jammy blackberry cobbler, with a warm oaky spice note on the finish. Pairs nicely with our Roasted Duck or a nice flame grilled steak.



Sean Minor Four Bears Cabernet Sauvignon, California – 34

Ruby red in color with concentrated red fruit, floral and cedar aromas.  Rip raspberries and blue fruit notes with soft tannins and sweet oak.  Nice balance with a lingering finish.





Joel Gott  815 Cabernet Sauvignon, California – 40

Aromatic roasted blue fruit, sweet blackberry and cherry cola, hints of vanilla, vibrant finish





Robert Mondavi Napa Cabernet Sauvignon, California – 42

rich texture with silky tannins and balancing freshness; deep aromas and flavors of blackberries and dark plums, dried herbs and violets with a subtle hint of leather

Deep ruby color with intense hue. The bouquet is layered with dark fruits, blackberry, plum and cassis. Oak is well integrated with hints of vanilla and subtle roasted coffee notes. Lush and firm on the palate. The fine integrated tannins display a long finish.  Wine & Spirits rated at 90 points


Thorn Merlot by The Prisoner Wine Co.2013, Napa – 65

Aromas of Savory Spice, Black Cherry and Mocha with Cedar and Blackberry. The entry delivers an elegant balance with flavors of Black Plu m and anise, along with hints if grilled rosemary and toasted Oak. Velvety chocolate tannins develop into a robust finish. An absolutely wonderful wine even for non-Merlot drinkers!



Raymond Reserve Selection 40th Anniversary Cabernet 2014, Napa – 76                                                                                                                 

The wine was aged for 19 months in 100% French oak, of which 30% was new French oak. The wine was bottled unfiltered, contributing greater texture and presence to the mid palate. It has aromas of cherry, candied violet and red fruits with a touch of sandalwood and maple. Flavors include black currant and cocoa nibs. Enveloping on the palate, this wine is juicy with melting tannins and a kiss of minerality on the finish.

Blend: 92% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Petite Verdot, 2% Petite Sirah and 2% Malbec


The Pessimist 2014,  Paso Robles – 58

The latest red blend from legendary winemaker, Orin Swift, who is the silent partner in this new venture.   Gorgeous crème de cassis, black cherry, boysenberry, and toasted vanilla beans.  Firm yet elegant tannins, silky mouthfeel, lead to a long finish of black pepper, pipe tobacco and spicy oak. 



Orin Swift Palermo Cabernet, Napa Valley, California - 82                     

Deep and luring aromas of raspberry and ripe cherry are intermingled with accents of star anise, five spice and freshly steeped black tea. The entry is smooth with a combination of cassis and blackberry with a satiating suppleness. Ultra round and soft, the wine finishes with reverberating length. Aged for 10 months in French Oak, 35% new. Absolutely Fantastic Wine that pairs very well with our Hand cut Grilled 8oz. Filet  and can even stand up to a slice of our slow cooked 14oz. Prime Rib.

Rose Wine

Beautiful when paired with food, these dry crisp wines offer just the right amount of mineral and zest paired with soft fruit flavors, all at a great price.

Martini & Rossi Asti Spumanti, Italy 28

Italy- Martini & Rossi Asti is crafted from 100% handpicked Moscato Bianco grapes, grown in Northern Italy. It is ranked DOCG, the highest classification granted to Italian wines




Veuve Cliquot 375 ml, France 52

Pale gold. Refined nose showing a harmonious fusion of white-fleshed fruits, mirabelle flesh and floral notes. The same array of aromas recurs on the palate, emphasised by fine texture and pronounced freshness, all of which is precise and persistent. A great classic.


Dom Perignon, France – 225

On the nose, aromas of almond and powdered cocoa develop gradually into white fruit with hints of dried flowers. Classic toasted notes give a rounded finish and denote a fully realized maturity. On the palate, the wine instantly traces an astoundingly fine line between density and weightlessness. Its precision is extreme, tactile, dark and chiselled. The full taste lingers with the utmost elegance on a sappy, spicy note.


Duval Leroy Brut, France - 90

An elegant wine, with a delicate grain and subtle, citrusy acidity. Offers flavors of yellow apple, clementine and licorice snap, with hints of marzipan and coconut and a fresh, creamy finish.

Tattinger Brut, France - 90

An elegant aperitif style, with racy acidity and a fine, creamy mousse. Shows a layered mix of pastry cream, poached apple, slivered almond and lemon zest. 91 Points Wine Spectator Drink now through 2019
